1. Wash your face. If you use a cleansing soap, be sure that it does not contain any harsh chemicals that could irritate your skin, like peroxyl. If you use a towel, remember to pat and not wipe, unless you absolutely need to.

2. Apply a liquid foundation (or a powder foundation if you want a more natural look) that is the color of your skin tone. if it's too dark, you'll look orange, and if it's too light...well, you get the idea. Apply a loose powder (again, the color of your skin tone) after blending your foundation EVENLY.

3. Apply an eyelid primer if you'd like; this is optional. Apply a non-shimmery silver eyeshadow on your eyelid and above that up to directly below your eyebrow. Then, take a non-shimmery light blue eyeshadow and apply it the same way you did your silver eyeshadow. Blend evenly to accomplish a silvery-blue look.

4. If you want your upper eyelashes like Taylor's, curl your upper lashes before applying madcara; this is optional. Apply a black stilletto mascara and apply one coat. Give that coat 5-10 seconds to dry. Do this 5-6 more times. Now, for your lower lashes, you don't want any fancy mascara. A simple, non-curling one will work fine. You need at least 2-3 coats of black mascara for your lower eyelashes.
5. Take a black liquid eyeliner and apply it heavily, almost entirely over your eyelid. Also, apply your liquid eyeliner silghtly in a right direction, to make a winged look. Refer to the picture for a better idea of what I mean. Now, take a liquid eyeliner and heavily apply it around your eyes, and connect it to the eyeliner that's on your eyelid.

6. Find a light pink blush and apply it on the apples of your cheeks. If you do not know where your apples are, smile, as this best defines your cheeks.

7. Apply a chapstick.

8. Apply a light pink lip gloss. I recommend brands like Fresh or Clinique.

9. Check to make sure that everything is in order.

10. You're done, and enjoy looking like Taylor Swift!
