1. Wash your face and pat dry. Apply a foundation closest to your skin tone. Do the same with a light powder. (If it looks caked which it shouldnt, then take a tissue and dab around the caked areas).

2. Softly line your bottom eyelid with black eyeliner, make sure its sorta thin (especially at the tear duct area).

3. (You can add a neturel eyeshadow if you want but its not required) Take your eyeliner and start at the middle of your eye lid and gradually go up with the line, but make sure its not a cat eye.

4. Take a sheer white cream eyeshadow and apply around tear ducts.5. Finish off with a matte (not shimmery or glitter), red lipstick.
