Hair 033

This look is hard to achieve. Taylor's tumbling ringlets take a lot of styling, and it takes a lot time to get this look right. Unless you have a lot of time to get ready, reserve this style for special occassions.
1. Firstly, your hair needs to be in the right condition. Wash it thoroughly the night before styling as day old hair holds curls best. Brush through your hair well whilst heating up a small curling iron. The kind that come without clips (curling wands) are best for ringlets. If you have a choice of size, go for the thinnest you can to create more defined ringlets.
2. In 1-inch (or even smaller) sections, wrap your hair around the curling wand tightly. The equipment you use will need to be highly heated to give you the best effect. Repeat this around your head, remembering to wrap the hair all the way to your scalp. Also, you'll need to spray hairspray onto the hair as you complete different sections, so that the curls remain sculptured and do not fall out. As we are curling the hair tightly, it may stick to your head. If this happens, gently pull the ends of the hair away from your scalp. Try to use a flexihold hairspray so that your ringlets are not stiff, as Taylor's look soft and thick.
3. The curling is the hardest part of this style, but you'll need to be sure the style's going to hold. So apply a lot of good quality holding spray, and shine spray is optional for Taylor's gorgeous shiny hair.
