This Is From Hairstyle City But Edited By Us. Sorry about the low quality of the pictures, they're scans from Taylor's 2005 yearbook.
1. Wash and condition your hair with moisturizing products. These will help to protect your hair from the heat of the iron and keep it healthy.
2. Dry your hair gently with a dry towel and then put in some leave-in conditioner.
3. Now add anti-frizz serum and comb it through your hair with a wide-toothed comb.
4. Dry your hair with the dryer on cool. Use a round, vented brush and keep directing the heat from the roots down to the ends. This minimizes dryer damage to your hair.
5. When it's dry, spray on a heat protection product and you're ready to straighten!
6. Using a comb, lift a 2 inch section of hair between the straight iron plates. Squeeze the handle to shut the iron and then glide it slowly through your hair. Go from the roots right down to the ends. You only need to pass your straight iron over each section of hair once if you wait until it's fully heated before starting to straighten.
